GREECE - THIRD TOPIC: MINI FILM "I KNOW MY PAST, I AM NOT AFRAID OF MY FUTURE"

The eTwinning team of EPAL NIGRITAS, SERRES/GREECE, created a mini film, aiming to show the value of school. Here is the summary of the script:
“Giannis and Androniki, two students of History class, think that History is useless and only a "waste of time". So, while Aggeliki, an excellent student, is introducing a history topic, Androniki pretends that she is ill, and she asks permission to leave the classroom with Giannis. Then, they go to a cafeteria, since they think they are “so clever” they can leave school unseen. While they are drinking their coffees, they overhear the conversation of a politician and his assistant (Mr Pseftakis and his assistant, mr Parasitos, in English: Mr Liar and Mr Parasite). Mr Pseftakis has never been elected before, but now he and his assistant hope that he will manage to get elected, because of the citizens’ lack of knowledge of their past. Mr Parasitos tells him not to worry: “Look at those two young kids” he says “They don’t know anything, they don’ t love school, they are easy victims”.
After listening carefully to this conversation, the two kids understand the value of History and school. Then, they meet two other kids, Ioanna and Evelina, who have already abandoned their studies and now they are unemployed. In addition, they meet Nikoleta, an excellent ex-student of their school, who is a college student now. She encourages them to study, if they want to be like her. So Giannis and Androniki start studying hard and now they love their school…”
